	Donnie Bradford President / CEO/GM Johnson City Native Founder NFC Inc. 31 years president NFC Inc. dba Tri Cities Lifestyle Center. He is married to Wendy who is also active in member services at the Lifestyle Center.

	Tamara Adolph Assistant General Manager Tamara has been on the Lifestyle team for 24 years.

	Beth Herron Administration Beth has been our Senior Administrative Manager for sixteen of the 22 years she has been a part of the Lifestyle team.

	Chris Warlick Membership Retention Chris is an alum of The University of North Carolina and huge Tar Heels fan. GO HEELS!!!

	Roger Altizer Head Trainer Roger has been with the facility going on 12 years. Besides overlooking the fitness trainers, Roger is also a certified one on one personal trainer.
